Should you leave them sealed in the case loader or take them out and store them with the rest of your cards?  I have a few cards like this and I'm wondering what the "form" is in this regard?

Well. For the moment, most of my cards like this are still in their original toploaders, but I think long term you need to take them out - because card companies cannot confirm that the toploaders are acid free and they aren't in penny sleeves inside either

And that's coming straight from someone who has trapped many of those cards in their little plastic purgatory. ROFL!

The only reason I'd want to keep them sealed is the nice seal crest thing. Admittedly there are many occasions where they should be liberated immediately - such as your recent TOS A&I set where parts of Martineck's genius is covered by the seal... that needs to see the light of day ASAP Wink

I would take them out. I don't think they are meant to stay in there forever. Wink
