It really shouldn't be *that* hard. Considering some other sets I've collected myself. The 40 costume cards are 2 per box, so you figure 20 boxes minumum (and trade dupes), which is a case and a half. No idea on the auto'd costume cards, but I'd bet they'd be a bit harder to get. I figure it's got to be easier than LOTR: E and tracking down even 1 of every sketch ... But, I'm a sketch girl and that's my passion so, you know, I work with it Wink

You know, apart from Stargate, there has been very little that has enticed me to collect almost everthing form a recent RA release (especially Star Trek - i.e. TOS Quotable, TNG Quotable AND ST: A&I) But this set has my heart racing again.. and hey i might even buy a box or two!!! Well done RA!!

Just in time for my birthday.  Grin  I'm hoping to get a Spock card, as well as Sulu and Chekhov.  I really like the way that Rittenhouse keeps the same design on the anniversary sets.

Nope, just waiting to get some vintage costumes.  Spock, Chekhov and Sulu double costume!  Grin  Then all I'll need is an Uhura costume from a previous set and I'll be golden!  Grin  She's pretty expensive though so I may be doing a lot of waiting on that one.

It doesn't give the oddds for auto costumes on rittenhouses site but the checklist does say 1 : 240 packs

so it should be 2 per case

The archive box label that is on ebay says

This specially marked ARCHIVE BOX  contains all 40 Costume Cards, 52 ARTifex cards, 17 TV Guide Cover Cards, 6 First Officer Cards and 5 Box Topper Cards inserted within foil packs and boxes of the Star Trek 40th Anniversary trading cards.

there is no mention of the 5 signed costumes or the chase set from the UK cases

I'm interested in that too, since my stuff is probably going to take a while to show up. (I'm sharing a case with somebody in another town.)

In particular, I wonder if the costume cards often show the episodes they were used for.

Thanks!

I can help there. It is very non-committal on the back. It says

"this card contains an authentic piece of (show logo here, in this case it says) Star Trek Voyager costume material".

No actor name. No character name. No show details.

I only have one card so far
