my preferred method to send abroad is airsure from the UK This has tracking but no signature.
other option is less preferred international signed for signature no tracking.

£150 or more paypal requires signature, from the UK is there any way to get both signature and tracking together.

You can track the status of the parcel and you have to sign for everything I have received.

& you can send via parcel force at most pose offices!
