4000 Series Box Numbers

I have opened 160 boxes.

I have not seen a single box in the 4000 Series

Has anyone seen any boxes in this series?

half of one of my cases was in the 4000's and they were all consecutive numbers and all contained an autograph card.

From collected reports (the box # wasn't always reported), the only ones I've seen are:

Well....I try to ask the shop would like to sell for internatinal buyer?
They reply yes they would like to sell..... 
And they did have many sealed cases, prefer ship by EMS(Japanese favorite?!). 
Ron red must in there??
