I enjoyed the film.
Doom has made right around $25M over here. Which actually classifies it as a "Blockbuster" film

Doom was the #1 movie in the US the first week it was out

I didn't think it would have much staying power, I am sure all the Doomer VG fans went, but not much after that.  I will wait until the boxes are dumped at around $20 a box.  Also that is exactly why many dealers struggle to make money in this business, Ed your wisdom and experience obviously pays off in this situation. 

Can you imagine the dealers who preordered thinking there would be props and costumes   They got jacked by Artbox.  I see Artbox becoming a comic images like fringe dealer soon, well one they have milked every cent out of the HP fans anyway.  What a bust, I would have certainly bought a few boxes if there were props and costumes, but you would be smarter to buy the Rock and KU autos seperate.  No doubt the others will be less than $10 a piece soon.

A friend of mine saw it on Orange Wednesday tonight - they told me to check in my brain with my coat when I arrive at the cinema

Some people are always snobby like that with films I love a good film of all types, whether it be in translation or a no brainer like Bedazzled, I see it as a way to relax

Good to see though that The Rock signed as 'Dwayne Johnston' his real name instead of just signing 'Rock' like he did for mummy returns and scorpion king releases. I like his new sig better
