I'm a llama! Why am I a llama?

I was in a friends wedding over the weekend, and though maybe everyone would like to see some photos, and get an idea of what I actually look like  Grin

The happy couple, in the limo after the wedding

Me, one of the bridesmaids. The expression on my face is cos my mum is taking the photo, and Im not usually a fan. Ive never had so many photos taken of me  Cool

My partner for the day; the groomsman. The thing on his eye is the cover of the air vent from the limo   Roll Eyes and you can only see about 1/2 his hair in the photo, it was longer than mine!

Me with a friend, she was a little tipsy and kept pushing on my head so we ended up sideways...

Lucky last, a photo of the back of my hair. Im super pleased cos I normally have dead straight hair, and this is taken at about 2am the next morning, and it still looks good! Plus it survived me passing out an hour before the wedding; not a bad effort  Tongue

Wow the bride and groom look so young Wink - bless 'em

Wow I am getting old when I say that

Grin I'm glad you had a great day Grin

It's funny - I have curly hair and spend all my time making it straight when I am going to something fancy Tongue

The bride is 23 (almost), the groom is 19.

Its funny how people with curly hair want straight hair, and those with straight want curly  Roll Eyes I usually prefer straight, but this was a bit special.

I usually have curly hair but I have to have it really short because when it gets a curtain length it will start to curl Tongue I hate it and I always have to hear my mom say "I wish my hair could do that."

And BTW, no offence to anyone, but I can never actually tell what a member looks like because I just assume I'm talking to Orlando Bloom ROFL! But I guess you can never actaully pin point. I doubt I'm what people expect Wink

That looks like a fun wedding you went too.  Smiley  I love the brides dress, simple yet elegant.  I can't see most of your bridesmaids dress, but it looks from the top like it's a pretty one also.  Did you like it?  Both you and your hair look terrific by the way.   Cool

I hope everyone had a great time!!! I think weddings are so fun!!!
I thought your partner/groomsman was playing Mad Eye before I read your caption!!!  ROFL! ROFL!
You look beautiful!!! Your hair looked great!!! I bet it took a full bottle of shampoo and conditioner to get your hair back to normal!!!  ROFL! It seems the stylist always use a full can of "Extra Firm Hold" hairspray!!!  ROFL!

Great pictures Kate! Cool  Thanks for sharing. Grin  I have straight hair also, it never holds a curl, and believe me I've tried. Tongue  Whoever did up your hair did an excellent job and your dress looks great too (what can be seen of it). Grin

Thanks for all the comments! I have pictures of the whole dress, but they arent digital so I have to get around to scanning them. It was a simple purple skirt with the strapless corset top, with embroidery down the front. The brides dress was amazing! took two of us to lift it over the brides head!  Shocked

The hairdresser that did my hair was great, used heaps of hairspray, charged about 1/2 what most do. and yep, it two two diff shampoos, conditioner, and a leave in conditioner to get it back to normal  ROFL!

and no, Mike, I dont look like Orlando Bloom  Grin

Ive met Tracey, and luckily she doesnt look like JD  ROFL!

Another thing; when I met my "date" at the rehersal, he was meant to escort me down the church stairs; we linked arms, took a step forward, and he announced "man, these stairs are freaking me out"  ROFL! I was a little worried. He also spent half the time we were having the photos down disappearing to look at the ducks (we were at Emerald Lake, which I guess only Tracey will know)  Roll Eyes

I would love to look as sexy as JD Grin but alas im a woman so i really dont think that having his boyish good looks and facial hair would work too well to my advantage ...

Yeah that's NOT what you want to hear when you are wearing tiny heels and feeling far more freaked out than he should have been in flat shoes... he was supposed to support you GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
