We will be there the day it opens!!!! The theater may even do a midnight show (Thurs into Fri)!!! They did this for Star Wars RotS!!! If that is the case, we'll be there for that one!!!! |

Ours comes out on Dec 1st which is a thursday. I will be going the thursday night. Our local cinemas are relatively new, they have the best screen and good seating so I love going there, and they have advance tickets on sale for GOF already!! I always go the first day, kind of a tradition now! And always expect it to be crowded and full, so I get there very early and line up in the line for an hour. Last year I got there so early I was the first in the line  I got the best seats in the place so it was worth the wait for a supurb view  |

I've always told my mom that opening day would be good because no ones scene it so everyone will be quiet and Harry Potter Fans have respect for others fans  But we've had to many bad movie experiences where parents let their kinds run up and down the aisles during kid movies so that why we next go on opening day but three days after isn't that bad ether |

The tradition started by accident though as we heard all the hubub about the Philosophers stone on the Thursday it was released and made an impromptu decesion to see it that night. Since then we've seen the others on the same night, at the same time session (9:30pm) and at the same theatre. And each year Ive been given the Friady off school. Though for me this time will be different as Im thinking of going to one of the new cinemas and seeing it in Gold Class and I wont be getting Friday off from school because I would have finished.  |

We live in a small town of about 13,000. So getting to the theater about an hour before it starts is all the trouble we have to go through!! And it only costs $4.00 to get in for an adult!!! |

Going to see it on the first day with a crowded theatre would be awesome. I love watching and listening to other people's reactions as I watch a movie in the theatre. It's one of the many things that I try to obsorb while also watching the movie. I may miss some details, but that's okay. However, we usually wait to go see it because us, here hicks *spits on the ground* call seeing a movie a night out on the town. Anyways,  We live in a fairly small area so when a big movie comes out people go crazy and the theatre is jam packed. I'm speaking about a town that also thinks a night out on the town includes a trip to Wal-mart It get's pretty frustrating going there sometime. For a small area, we can sure fill up that place pretty well. |

All of my family on my moms side live in South Carolina so it literally is a family outing to go to Wal*Mart they get all gussied up all for Wal*Mart Oh, and has anyone ever called in Wally World instead of Wal*Mart. All of my family do |

As far as I can tell, the first showings at my local cinema are at 11am so that will be the showing I will go to - I'll have the day off work and enjoy myself and the morning showings are normally quiet as all the kids will be in school! *mwahaha*  I'm sure the whole family will be going either later the same day or maybe the day after, but as neither cinema outlet near to us are taking bookings yet, we'll have to decide when we go a bit nearer to the release date. I've also been trying to find out if there will be any preview screenings for this one - there have been for previous releases, but again I've not managed to find out anything. *pouts* Think yourself lucky - tickets costs double here in the UK!  |
