Why is it so funny?? (not a Potter collector myself) is the card not worth that much or something?

With a run of 2900 cards, an expected price of around £4
A BIN of $40 (£23 ish) is absolutely comical  ROFL!

Not to mention the fact that the seller says it's a Sirius Black costume when it's in fact a Lupin costume (it says so on the back).
