Does anyone know where I can find a sealed case of POA Update for a fairl reasonable price (between maybe $300-$400) with shipping to Australia? BTW, congrats on the case Jackie. Hope you get a triple auto!

You could try contacting ztaylork here and on eBay. He currently has an auction with 50 boxes available and is taking Best Offers. You might be able to work out a good deal with him and his shipping (at least in the US) has been reasonable.

There's a guy selling boxes at $19.99 a pop. I don't know the seller and of course there is the risk that they could be "picked" from the case and not contain the best things, but it's certainly a bargain price.

Really? The only ones I could find for that price were retail, Cards Inc., and FilmCardz boxes.

Argh, at a cursory glance I can't see them now. I didn't buy because they didn't ship outside the States, and judging by the rest of their auctions (auctions for 36 loose packs of X, 24 loose packs of Y) I figured that they knew what they were doing and had 'picked' the cases. Hmmm I'll have another look.

No, that wasn't the one I don't think - I like the filmcardz and I only ever got the common set, not the rare and ultra rare set - Tom's the dreadful tempter again - aren't tempter's usually meant to be female?? Temptress'?

Hi there! I'm new here, but I also saw the $19.99 POA Update auctions selling 24 packs each. The seller had lots of them and indicated that these were boxes that had been at shows and that they were picked through. To have so many different boxes that were 'picked through' was the sign telling me 'they've been searched', especially at $19.99 a box...

It's another case of "you get what you pay for."

True, I am sure I double checked that they were sealed (as epguy88 says, I wouldn't go near '24 pack auctions'. Ahh well, it was probably some stonking bargain that passed me by. And I want a PoAU box as well

I've just opened the wackiest POAu box ever... Picked it up as a real bargain and got... BT1 Courtyard Film Cell (Cells of Harry's face) 516/900 Weasley Dual auto On the other side of the box: DADA Film Cell (Cells of Sirius in turret cell) 502/900 Choir Conductor Auto ( double ) Lupin jacket costume 702/2900 The dual, courtyard CFC and Lupin jacket are spares...refer to Diagon Alley thread.. But other than that, all I can say is 5 inserts in one box!

Wow Kate! I think you have the record for the best ever single box pull! Congratulations! I had one case of PoAU and it only had one auto in the entire case, a Weasley dual.

Thanks. I was pretty amazed. When I pulled the first cell I thought, hey good chance at an auto and a prop/costume...but them i got the second cell, followed by an auto in the next pack, then the costume a few packs later... very odd...
