Why not do a BIN for the "variant" in the same amount as it cost for your box?  It'll look inexpensive compared to the other auction and you could get your box for free!  (Just kidding, of course!  ) |

Very nice prop! That's weird with the auto. It looks like his pen ran out of ink, so he wrote over it with a new pen. You might want to send an email (with scan) to Artbox and see what they say.

Nice pulls in your box .. well done! That auto does look peculiar though and if you compare it to others it doesn't even look like his sig! I think contacting Artbox asap is an excellent plan ... we'll all be interested to hear what they have to say for themselves. |

That auto looks like someone attempted to copy his sig! Just say to them that the signature bears no resemblance to any others you've seen on the secondary market and that you are unhappy with the quality of the autograph. Because it looks so strange, I'd be tempted just to ask straight out for a replacement for it .. pretty please! |

Mention that one signature is written over the other -- it's very clear in the scan -- and ask for a replacement. It shouldn't be a problem.
When you send it, you may want to consider insurance. I sent a damaged Diggory card to Artbox in January (I'm in the U.S.) and they say they still haven't received it. It wasn't returned to me by the post office, either. Even though it's a very common card, Artbox won't replace it without having the damaged one in hand. My mistake was not getting insurance or delivery confirmation, so now I have no recourse. It's just a spare Diggory card, but still, it would have been nice to get another one.

The person in their customer service department is ver nice and understanding. You should have no problem getting this replaced. Send an email, tell them everything and send a scan. Also mention that you would prefer to have a replacement if they have any available. I bet you anything you will get a response (can take a few days) telling you to send it in for the replacement. But yes, get it insured or get delivery confirmation with it.

Well my box came today. I opened it and did and I was told took the packets out to search for ones that where bigger, but they were all the same size  So i got on with opening them anyway, and didn't even noticed when I got a costume card (my one and only), ok the good news is I got one the bad news is it was one of the very first costume cards I bought. Harry's cardigan, a very nice card but I don't really need too I did however get 5 chase cards which was very nice but that was about it. All that waiting for a cardi |
