From a translation on the Harry Potter Japan site i was able to find out the broom is 120cm in length and made from PVC plastic. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I dont think I'll get it now. I would have if it was more then 50 inches tall. 120cm is 47in.

I have this problem with Sirius wand, like where did he get it from? Surely his was broken when he went to Azkaban. And I didn't think he had one in POA

Good point Dawn ... I honestly can't remember anything about Sirius' wand in the books.  He must have got one from somewhere because he was battling Bellatrix in OotP and I assume it was his own? Mind you, with him back in the Order and once more in his ancestral home of Grimmauld Place, surely there would opportunities for him to pick up another wand then? Oh well ... another mystery for us ...
