Hi!  I heard that if you sell on eBay, they are now requiring you to have your PayPal account (if you use one) set up to allow credit card payments.  Is this true?  I was thinking of listing some stuff, but I would prefer to keep my account set so I can only get cash or check transfers.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

I've always had mine set up for credit cards, but I think you may be right about that.  You might still be able to deny credit cards if the person has money in thier Paypal account though.  But contact Paypal because I'm not quite certain.  They have changed things around so much this year I'm not sure what's what anymore.

No, the new policy is that if you accept PayPal at all then you MUST accept credit card payments.

Just another way to push people to get premier or business accounts so they can charge fees on each and every transaction. Tongue
