I just read this in 'Empire' magazine and thought I would share.

"Myth Buster

C-3PO has an erect appendage on a Star Wars trading card Case for: Star Wars trading card no. 207, believed to be the work of a disgruntled artist, is reputed to give the protocol droid an erect member. The story was given further credence when trading card company Topps reissued the card with an airbrushed correction. Case against: Both Lucasfilm and Topps attest that the added appendage is a trick of the light, as a piece of Threepio costume fell off and happened to line up to suggest a saucy image - something which the original photo contact sheets attest to... Our verdict: FALSE. Urban leg-end."

Trick of light?  Yeah, right. Wink  Something similar happened with the original video case artwork for Disney's Little Mermaid.  A disgruntled artist drew "appendages" as part of the castle behind Ariel.
