Having trouble paying my EBay bill

Ok so I get a notice thismorning from ebay informing me my bill for selling stuff is due. SO as usual I go to pay online through Australian EBay but when I click on the "make one-time payment with CC" link the page is all written in German. Im not sure if it is bogus or not as I cant understand why my Ebay would suddenly switch to German. Im a bit reluctant to pay the bill right now as Im not sure if it is a secure link. Any ideas?

I would go to the ebay home page and access your info from there.  I don't trust any emails anymore.  The phishers are getting really good at faking ebay and paypal stuff.

Did you access PayPal through a link in the email?  If so, the emailed bill is probably a scam.  I don't know how billing is handled for Australian eBay, but in the US, eBay fees are billed at the beginning of the month for the previous month.  You should go to your seller account on eBay and look for the invoice.

Next, please, please, please, tell me that you did not enter your name and password if you accessed the site through the email!  If you did, you need to immediately change your passwords on eBay and PayPal, and notify them about what happened.

Trying to think back Im pretty sure I just went to www.ebay.com.au from my homepage. I logged into my EBay from there then went to Seller Account to pay my bill. I then had to sign in and after that the EBay page was completely in German and I cant understand why.
