I also have some Batman Begins costume cards, a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Golden ticket prop card, and a couple sports cards if your interested.

Jeff - Do you have a Golden Ticket prop card limited to 18, or is it a retail Golden Ticket candy wrapper card?

Sorry no, it's number 685/2330 from the wrapper, but you can tell that it's from the bottom part of the W in "Wonka" if that makes a difference. If you want I picture I can send it along. Sorry for the confusion.
Jeff

I found one on ebay if you want to see it.. it's the one with the blue bar in the top right:

Thanks for the link Jeff. Smiley  It kind of looks like the one I already have, but the one I have has part of the letter "O".

Hope you don't mind me bunking in on your thread but if anyone finds anywhere selling Arwen's Requiem Cloak can they give me a shout please.  I have a horrible feeling it will be well out of my price range, but at the moment I am struggling to even find anyone selling it.  Same goes for Arragons Green Travel Coat, both TT Thank you Smiley

No problem at all.. I know what it's like. Although I'm not having much luck getting my hands on Arwen's Requiem Cloak either, depending on the price though I am also willing to pay if that helps  Wink

I would say you have to be willing to pay at least $225 to get your hands on a TT Arwen requim cloak card.  It was prob top 5 toughest cards in all of the LOTR sets 1:900 or so to lazy to check the price guide but somewhere around there and one of the nicest if you can find nice variant gold and silver glitter lines.  Although beware of sellers showing pics with sweet variants and getting a lesser one, I got screwed on one like that but back then (1 1/2 yrs ago) I picked it up for about $150.

Hey Beckham1,
You were close.. it's 859 packs Smiley. I agree on putting the money in though. I'm of the opinion that if your going to do it, you might as well do it right, although that wont stop me from trying to get the best deal I can. This is one of the reasons I wanted to trade for it, makes it hurt a little less when you don't actually see the money leaving your account  Wink or at the very least a partial trade so it lowers the amount of cash I have to put out. While I would love to get the set finished asap I'm willing to wait it out. I figure if I don't trade the cards soon, I'll be putting them up on ebay with some Batman Begins and other cards soon to raise some money to get them that way. So if anybody has the cards I need, and just want money you can also send along what your looking for and we can see if we can work something out. Thanks

Well I'm down to 2 autographs and 3 memorabilia cards (which I HOPE to have soon Smiley ). It seems like all trades are drying up so I'm going to be posting the cards for sale on ebay soon, but thought I would give you all first dibs at them. So if your interested in any of the cards I have left for trades, just let me know what you want and how much and we can see what we can work out. Also if you have any of the cards I'm looking for and want money or a partial trade just let me know how much. If not I'll let you all know the link for the listings shortly. Thanks for all your help.

Hey,
I got an email from you, I replied to that one actually, but didn't get one about a trade. If you could send that one along again so I can know what cards your interested in and keep them aside I'd appreciate it. My email is jeff_sanborn@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,
The way I see it, the three costume cards you need are valued around...

Frodo's Nightshirt - $90+
Arwen's Riding Outfit - $150+
Arwen's Requiem Cloak - Can no longer trade. Very sorry, but it is on hold for someone. If the deal falls through, I will come directly to you next.

I do not know if you care to make an offer on both of those, of course, if you don't, they will go onto Ebay and you can always bid on them. I noticed you had a couple FOTR autographs for sale, and I am also interested in them. THe Bilbo, Aragorn, and Saruman auto's. Maybe we could work out a part cash, part trade deal? Let me know. E-mail me at bryanjs14@aol.com or, if you have AOL or AIM im me at Bryanjs14 next time you see me online. Hope we can work something out!
