I was having problems all morning, but I think it was my internet provider. I had logged in here earlier but them my connection to here broke and I couldn't get back onto the Shack. The Shack showed that I was still logged on, but in reality, I couldn't access this site for hours. |

Having probs again keeps saying the server has too many connections and can't get on to the database etc etc. |

Really? Odd, well we are fully signed up and paid up to a new host, we'll have our own server so we'll no longer be sharing a server with anyone else (what this means is that you shouldn't get errors like "server too busy" or "too many connections" unless we have a large number of shackers that is  but it shouldn't be a problem. It's working ok for me now though  Of course the down side to all this is that the "address" of the Shack has to move (i.e. so that your computer knows the new location of the Shack), I'm not sure when Mark's planning the move yet but I'm sure he'll keep us updated... we have to hope the new server is good, but it's been recommended by friends and indeed a Shacker's husband so we'll have to hope they can live up to their excellent reputation  |

Has anyone been having trouble logging onto the Shack? I keep getting the grey ' Web page you are trying to display' message. It has been like it for about a week now and I was wondering if anyone else was having problems. Oh and as you may have guessed I eventually managed to log on today |

The site went down sometime last night and Mark got things going again this morning (or perhaps afternoon in the UK). I'm not having any trouble now, but if anyone else is, please send Mark a message.

That's right. We must have lost the Shack after midnight BST last night and the site was rebooted at lunchtime BST (something like 1.40). Sharon I'm not quite sure I understand what you are describing - give me a shout and lmk |

I must admit, Ive had trouble on and off the last few days getting on (particularly around the time the book was released) but yesterday I was off all day...glad to see it back!
