I am fascinated by this green liquid.  When DD insisted Harry make him drink it, did he know he would be poisoned?

Was he already going to die when Snape killed him.  Would Snape have realised this?

Could the goblet be related to the pensieve - perhaps containing memories linking DD and Voldemort?  Can anyone make sense of what DD says as Harry is making him drink?

Enough questions for you?!

I really hope she covers this more in the next book.  I too am curious as to what that green liquid was, and what it did to him.
