lol we should have talked about this ages ago Tongue

Apparently in the not so distant future - August ish? There will be a GoF preview set. All packaged up in a nice wooden box.

I have to confess I normally sort out cases of cards into base sets with *blinkers* on so as not to see anything out of the film, or to read anything I shouldn't - before hand, but since we all know and love the books I daresay we are allowed a sneak peak at the images  Grin

Do you have any other details, Roz?  Will it be similar to the literary art set that came out in June?

Not really - it's all rather vague, but guesses are that it will be a very small set - Inkwork's preview sets seem to be 9-15 card sets...although putting a 9 or 15 card set in a wooden box does seem like overkill... lol but this is the manufacturer who stuck grass peering out of a trading card Roll Eyes

The HP art set has 45 cards in a small box, so maybe the GOF preview set will be along those lines.  I can't imagine that Warner Bros. would want to release many images this early.

well as far as I know Artbox hasn't done a traditional trading card preview set before, so who knows? But generally they are a small number of cards, images and information about the set printed on the back... one step up from a large set of promos really.

Inkworks have done one for LOST recently that you can look at the contents of online -

Oh no I don't think so, I think it will be sold Smiley a bit like the literary set

One thing I did wonder about the timing was whether it might be one of those Cards Inc "Memorabilia" exclusives, but probably not as those haven't been the hugest success... but we shall have to wait and see Smiley it was just the release date of August that made me wonder that.

Either way I'm sure ebay will be stocked to the gills Wink
