I think she's giving you a load of bull. Why can't she just transferr some money from her checking account into her Paypal account? Looks to me like she's waiting for the time limit on claims to expire. Once her auctions are over, hit her up quickly!
Only one of her auctions that ended today sold, but she sent me $6.50 (she owes me $5 more). She told me she has more ending in the next few days (which she does) and as soon as she gets the $5, she will send that to me as well. At least we are starting to get somewhere.
