I wondered where the parents were and what they thought of their daughter's behavior.  I wouldn't have allowed my kids to carry on like that. Roll Eyes

Ah but that is because you don't live in London.  Unfortunately I suspect the parents that were absent enough to stop her being a brat would have shown up quick enough to complain about the balloon seller and get him the sack  Sad
