Celebrating HBP - here is the unofficial Harry Potter competition

Hi everybody,

although i know that there'll be an official Charlie competition very soon, i want to start a little Harry Potter competition to celebrate the release of the HBP. 

Closing date of this competition will be exactly the minute of the release of the new Harry Potter book. You really should know when it is.    A few minutes later i'll make the drawing and you'll know the winner. And the answers you should have given.

The rules:

You have to know the correct answer to only 1 of 3 questions. 2 questions will be a little bit different compared with usual competitions here. But this one should be a little bit special. 

If you know one of the answers, send it with a PM to me. No problem, if you give me 3 answers and 2 of them are wrong. You need only 1 correct answer to have a chance for winning the prize by the drawing.

The prize will be a sealed silver promo pack of the Sorcerer's Stone set, just see below. Shipping will be $20.    No, just kidding, of course you'll get the prize for free.

I will think about anything special if anybody gives me all the 3 correct answers. 

So now it begins, here are the questions:

What are First Year Students not allowed to own in Hogwarts?

2. (a little bit more tricky):
How many Harry Potter Prop Cards (not Creature Cards) have been ever produced by Artbox (please don't tell me "38")  .

Just one little question (yes there is always one  )  What's the '(please don't tell me "38")'.  Is this a little in joke or did you want a list of all the titles?

That means, 38 would be the wrong answer. But i want only the correct number, nothing more.

And please no more discussions about this question, you know, it's the tricky one.

It wouldn't if you could see our German, I know very little and can spell even less. That fact that I was born there (British hosp) unfortunately doesn't make me fluent

Something about question 2 i was asked. A prop card counts as a prop card when it's written on it (For example Fluffy's Fur). And the case incentives are not excluded of course, i would have told you that.
