Well, I leave for my trip on Sunday - yes, I have the most convoluted travel plans, but it's all in an attempt to make for a nice family vacation.

On Sunday -we leave Philadelphia and drive to Baltimore, where we will deposit our youngest, Evan, at grandma's for the week.
On Monday - we fly out from Baltimore to Dallas, Texas, where we will spend the day (HOPEFULLY) at a water park celebrating my oldest's 7th birthday.
On Tuesday - we fly out from Dallas to San Diego where we will attempt to combine work and play (and I'll be wearing my comfy shoes for the great amount of walking we'll do!)

On Sunday, Robert flies home Sad to Baltimore, picks up Evan and drives to Philly. Don't ask.
On Monday, Alexander and I fly home to Philly.

I still have no idea what to expect from Artbox, though I know Inkworks will have special promo packs - so after I get home, I'll dump my bag out and see what falls out Smiley Take care for now guys!

Joanna,
I believe that by some of your other posts you work at Rittenhouse Archives?
Well if so, I will be seeing you there! I am leaving Daytona Beach, FL at 5:30 in the morning  Tongue on Wednesday and getting to San Diego that afternoon. It's my first Comic Con. I did not see Rittenhouse on the Exhibitors page...not going to have a booth?

I do work for RA - we are not setting up for a couple of reasons Wink 1 - there's only 5 of us in the company, and only 3 of us going to the convention. 2 - we set up a couple years ago and it was ALOT more work than any of us anticipated. 3 - and most importantly - we're like the biggest fan-boys (and fan-girl) out there and NOT to be able to attend the panels or walk the floow nearly killed me last time ... I've already printed out the schedule of events and starting checking off what I MUST see, what I'd LIKE to see, and if I have the time what I'll go see...

BUT - having said all of that, we are sponsoring a promotion for 4 different Comic-Con promos-  1 each day - at our dealer's tables, so at least people can have something to hunt for Wink

Awesome,
Yeah I went through all the events and wrote down each one I wanted to go to in an hour by hour planner, lol.
I cannot wait. I did get the e-mail from Rittenhouse advertising the promos (which was also great because now I know which dealers carry non sports products in general) so I am pretty sure I am going to try and put together the set. I haven't bought to much Rittenhouse in the past but I am considering getting into it for the Twilight Zone set. You guys got some really really great actors to sign for it and I am thinking about buying some of the boxes where you can pull Ron Howards autograph, that would be awesome!

I'm back from Comic-Con. And now after I sort things out, I may give some stuff (NOT RA stuff mind you) to Roz to be given away - little things, nothing major.

BUT - I know someone here asked me to pick them up a Pokemon card, and I think I got the right one, but now I can't remember who it was that asked!!!

As for what Hewlitt said, hmm.. I think he said something about "Leadership" - Smiley and then something about romancing Carson - who, in fact, is NOT Scottish and doesn't have the accent in real life ...

And he did get a kiss from Rachel Luttrell, as did everyone when she was asked who she gets to kiss this year - she gave a peck to everyone on the panel.

Thanks for the information on what David Hewlitt said, I would have loved to have seen him or Michael Shanks, but since I can't I appreciate all the tidbits that get tossed my way by people who can  Grin

I am looking forward to "Duet" (the episode were David says he becomes the kissing bandit  ROFL!) and were he gets to kiss Carson Beckett, I figured he would talk about that since it seems to be half the creators favorite script so far in the new season.

Thanks again for answering my question about his panel and I can't wait to see the cards that Rittenhouse comes out with for Atlantis in September  Grin (I hope David Hewlitt does an autograph card for the second season since he didn't do one for the season one set Praying Grin).
