Ive got a buyer that has won an auction, and paid direct deposit for the card, but has ignored all requests for their address so I can send the card to them  Hopping Mad What do i do in a case like this? Usually the buyer sends the "i will be sending payment" email which includes an address, but this buyer didnt. Their direct deposit description has "### xxx street NSW" but Im not sure if this is their address, or even which suburb its in  Huh Can I contact ebay for the address?

i also noticed that they have previous neg feedback saying they ignore emails...

Are you contacting them through the 'my messages' feature Kate ... cos if you are then you'll have a record of your attempts to get in touch with them thru ebay that way, just in case they turn round and say you haven't tried to contact them. Wink
Because you're in a recent transaction with them then there's nothing to stop you applying for their contact details through ebay ... just check what you have on your own profile in case there's a phone number which you would rather they didn't have (don't want nasty phone calls etc!) and then apply ~ they don't sound as though they bother to check their email account very often if those are the kinds of comments being left in their feedback! Undecided

Maybe they thought their address would show up on their direct deposit through their bank account, Dawn ... can't say if that would be normal or not as I'm sure that wouldn't happen here in the UK with all the red tape you have to go through to get the simplest of stuff done! Roll Eyes

Good luck and let us know how you get on. Grin

I'd go and get the info through ebay asap, as it takes a bit of time for it to appear in your inbox.

If that fails then you might have to resort to trying to contact someone at ebay.au to see if they have any better luck in gathering this stupid person's contact details for you ... otherwise you'll be forced to refund their money.
I'd also check-up to see they'd be allowed to post feedback if you refund them, just in case they get a fit of the vapours and leave a neg for the transaction when they  are clearly at fault!

How about we all put OUR addresses in a big hat and you pick one out and send the item to the winner?  ROFL!

my $1 NR auctions seem to attract the worst of the worst  Tongue Ive got people with no addresses, people who I remind to pay who then say they dont know how much or where to send it when I have sent them an invoice at the end stating the total amount, and with my bank details etc...
I got a question about my current auctions this morning, from a -1 bidder, saying they live near melbourne, and do I mail out??? Another one the other day outbid themselves, then asked if i would let them have it for their original bid, but from my end I could only see one bid....

Other than my minor slip the other day, my ban is going well. there are only four items in my watch list  Grin none of which ill even think of bidding on...im still browsing ebay, but honestly there isnt much I actually want to get at the moment, fortunately  Cheesy
