Hope you see this in time, as the seller has ROTK and TT Hobby Japan sets up for sale ...

ROTK: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=60798&item=6186814417&rd=1
TTT: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=60798&item=6186814422&rd=1

If you miss them then I'd email him to see if he's going to relist them!
Good luck on completing your sets! Wink Grin

Wow, that is a great price. I bought a bunch of these sets from a well known seller from the UK and when they arrived several of them were US sets. He never responded to my emails, so needless to say, I won't be buying from him again...if anyone gets a line on these I would love to get them, pleez, pleez, pleez.

I haven't dealt with this particular seller before and I know you don't see them up on ebay that often now either, that's way I thought I'd post them so others could either buy them or maybe email the seller if the auctios had closed. Wink

Bit of a bummer getting US sets Rich instead of the Japanese ones ... a mistake or intentional do you think? Undecided

I think it was a mistake, as it was a very well established seller in the UK. He responded to my first couple of emails saying he'd look into it, but then he stopped replying. I continue to send emails perodically, and am just about frustrated to the point where I will begin to seek legal recourse.

Ah well, you can't do much else in that situation Rich 'cept go down the 'legal' route! Undecided
Have you tried emailing them through eBay, as eBay have altered their website about a week ago so you can do that and keep a copy of what you send to other members in your Messages page?
Might be worth one last try to see if he responds and it also means you have something logged through eBay should they have to get involved in the transaction to recover your money.
Good luck with it and please let us know how you get on. Wink

I appreciate the advice but unfortuantely, since it was a bulk purchase I went around ebay to work out the deal, which seemed reasonable since he is such a well-known seller (who has advertised in NSU), but live and learn I guess. I even contacted him anonymously through one of his auctions yesterday, and he responded too, so he has not disappeared. He is simply not responding to my issue. Bummer...
