No I had a dodgey one with POA lucky I ended up with the one in the picture but if it hadn't been brought to my attention goodness knows what I would have ended up with. They should tell you if it is or isn't the one in the picture

I'm not seeing the problem. Both auctions posted are of the same auction

Man this seller irritates me completely cause I was one of the people who got stung with his deception for the fizzing whizbees cards. I mean the card i got was still nice, that is why i kept it, but i wouldnt have paid that much if i had of known that it was a plain swatch, i thought it was a colourful one. This is definately deceptive and i really want to complain to ebay about it. Do you think they would listen though if I put in a complaint and put in the links to those two auctions. Do you think they will even bother??

Maybe you should tell the seller he has 2 of the same pictures up and see if he changes one.

I think it's worth a shot, especially after what happened to you with the seller.

I already sent an e-mail to the seller, but he hasn't responded yet. I'll post his response if I ever get one.

Well both auctions have now ended and I never received a response from the seller. I think one of the buyers is going to be very unhappy with their purchase.

I think you should certainly send an email to ebay. I think if you want to get technical this could constitute ebay fraud. If the seller doesn't state that the card pictured may not be the one you get then I think it would be fraud. It really irritates me when sellers do this, because they are fully aware of what they are trying to pull. When have you ever seen a crappy swatch pictured? They always put the best one they can find.

That's horrible. We all know better now that it's happened, but what if it's someone's Mother or some other family member buying the card as a gift? They just get taken. And it's not like these things are cheap!

Don't think that there is any question about this being fraud or not. The seller shows the picture and the text:
"THIS IS A MINT HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER'S STONE PROP CARD WIZARD 386/538"
In his other auction he did the same with a other card number.
So one of them isn't the card in the picture ... meaning fraud... plain and simple...

Probably both of them, if it's the same as last time.
