Did you forget about the "Captain Archer's (Mirror Universe) Uniform" costume card? Not only can you have all the Archer-y goodness in it's very own chase set and binder, but you can touch him too! Mmm... feel that polyester Wink

Fact: I don't know what material the costume is made from, nor am I actually molesting it as I type - I just like to mess with her

well guys I have to say my worst case break ever

I only pulled 3 very limited autos in 6 cases and they were all the same

I didn't get a t'pol or a hoshi auto at all

so no master set in 6 cases  Sad

It is a nice set with loads of cards to collect

So, the question begs, why have you not contacted RA yet?

I've yet to figure out why dealers (and collectors) suffer in silence - I mean, the worst that can happen is you get to say what you want to say "Your product sucked!" and the best that can happen is that some lovely cs rep tries to work with you. Either way, it sounds like you win...

He's shy - oh and he's also getting ready for the London Film and Comic Con - I'll send him a text to tell him to suffer in silence no longer and to bellyache in your ear instead Wink

There's a world of difference between "I didn't get what I wanted - perfection" and "I was woefully shorted and can't even make 1 set from 6 cases".

Certainly, I'd rather not hear from everyone who didn't get "what they wanted" - or who were similarly disappointed, but if there's a problem, we do need to know about it -

I've said this repeatedly - without problems, without complaints, I'd not have a job. And I really can't promise any happy resolution, but the worst you can do is say to us "Hey - this is my situation..."

I know what Gimli means. I am reluctant to say fix me for something that's not a gurantee..I mean, gee, if I got TWO VL's in a case , would I send one back Smiley
But, I try really hard not to complain about the little things. I don't request damaged common cards or the shrot box here and there. That way when I call 'em and say (using you as an exmple-I was short 50% of what I expected and what I did get duped up really bad), I'll be listened to and my concerns addressed if possible. Quite honestly, what one invests in 6 cases of product and it breaks that way, you get discouraged and frustrated and might not collect next time and companies don't want that either. Smiley
My big thing is don't fib. I don't wanna tell 'em a fib cause I wanna be belived when something weird happens Smiley
