wow!!! Artbox did exactly what I hoped they would do! I wanted a Sirius autograph from the POA set SOOOOOOO badly and now I might also have a better chance. I am excited about this now. I was going to just go for a master set, but it sounds like I might be ordering a case or two to open!

The cards do look cool , but what is that pyramid thingy? Could that be the Monolith Trophy prop card? It looks taller than the CatCF Long Grass prop card!

well....if it is the 10 case variant and there are 600 cases being made there should be 60 of them. The trophy looks HUGE...so you are right...not a lot of it will be used at all.

Do they actually make 60 though? cos the cases arent necessarily sold in 10-case lots...

very true. Usually they make extra though and keep some or give them out among company workers

For the SS set the 10-case incentive was the Wand card which were numbered to 205 and there were 800 cases. So they do make quite a few extras.

They have to have something to put into those famous grab-bags, don't they?

Hm...all my grumping and hrumping about how little this set has interested me thus far may be a little brighter...if only because of a chance at a Gary Oldman auto card. I would like some more info on prop cards and a picture or two, though, before I decide to get really happy about the set though (the picture of the Barty Crouch Jr. prop card makes me think of some baaaaaaaaaad 80's wardrobe.

Am I the only one that is a bit disappointed with Artbox on the fact that they have mentioned 3 props in specific on this sheet, 2 of which are high-end incentive cards? Not only that, but the fact that I find out about this here instead of from the fine folks who sell me the cards... Good thing Artbox has a few good licences to keep people coming back, because their business and marketing practices sure don't make me want to keep ordering from them... I knew their 2nd half of 2005 release schedule was too ambitious. Does not look like either Zorro set will be made, Frankenstein has been moved back to December, and no word on Doom either... The only thing that keep the Potter cards coming on time is that I would imagine they have a contractural obligation with the studio to have the cards released prior to the film's release. I wonder why they changed the outline around the swatches? They're the same for POA and SS. I thought they would stick with that one for the entire series.
