Yeah, if you have a playstation just use a "multi x" disc.

We have one for Studio Ghibli (Japanese anime) films Smiley

I just now sent Artbox an e-mail asking the same question.  I'll post what they respond.

I finally got a reply back from Artbox:

Hello Anna,

The release date for the Goblet of Fire will be October, 2005.

Thank you for your interest in our products.

So what they originally told Mike was incorrect.

I just found a website that carries the DVD game that you can get at Toys R US.  Another word of advice.  Not only does it NOT come with te cards, it looks like it only comes with 3-4 plastic movers (game pieces).  The special edition one has the cards, tin, 6 nice pewter moving pieces, and it says on the box that the special edition has more trivia questions as well.  Just another update for everyone.

The 6 pieces in the collector set are the Golden Snitch, Hogwarts Express, Hedwig (Owl), Nimbus 2000 (Broom), Fluffy and the Sorting Hat. I called them Owl and Broom, John, my son (with imagination) says they are Hedwig and the Nimbus 2000.

I think I posted some incorrect info about the cards in the Barnes and Nobles Goblet of Fire collectors edition game. I say I think because I can't find it to correct it. That means either, 1. I'm having a senior moment, 2. I was dreaming, or 3. The WEB Fairy knew it was incorrect and deleted it.

Anyway, I opened the cards in the Tin, here's the pix of the cards. The numbers are 01 thru 04. They are not "P" number cards. NOT PROMOS as we know them, no P's. Notice they are from 4 different movies.
Chamber of Secrets is in Green and Goblet of fire is in Orange.

Sorry the poor old eyes are not what they used to be  Roll Eyes  Do they say Scene It or Barnes and Noble anywhere on the cards?  What I mean is, is there anyway to tell they are different from a base set card (ie different writing on the back)?  I am just wondering how much I want them, as it seems us Brits are going to pay dearly for them  Sad

Yes, if my eyes serve me ok - they have info about the films on the back - a synopsis of the films - more like a teaser than a description.

They are actual Artbox cards as we know them.  I do not recall seeing anything about Barnes and Noble or anything on them.

Hey Everyone.
Good luck on the Goblet Of Fire Set. after Sorcerers Stone My Wife and I are Throwing in the towel. Between Azkaban update and Sorcerers Stone 2 financial beatings are enough.  Hopping Mad  I think a binder and base set will be enough. Grin.
Best Of Luck To Everyone

Yes, Rich, sad to see you go. I know I can not afford the GoF set either, but where there is a will, there is a way.  I will find the money!!!!!

Sharon, that is so sad.  I hope they will replace it for you.  Was it badly damaged?

Just a word of advise.  After 2 games, my husband and I keep getting repeats.  Then, we realize there is a setting on the game to avoid this from happening so much.  So don't get discouraged if you start to get repeats.  Just read in the directions on how to adjust the game settings.

Thanks for the tip.  I plan to thrash my Dad so I may be asking you for a few hints  Roll Eyes

One corner of the tin is completely crushed.  The annoying thing is that it must have been packed this way as the outer box was perfect and the celophane is intact.  If they have more I would like to swap but if it is a case of this or nothing I would rather have the dent  Smiley

I am sure they have more and should be willing to exchange it with you or something,  I am sure the game itself is fine, but you get the cards and the tin with the special edition, so it should all be in perfect condition for you.  Let us know what they say.  And feel free to send me a PM anytime you want for some tips Wink

Woo Hooo nice pressie but a complete pain that's it's damaged like that! Angry
Did you get it from the Barnes and Noble online site Sharon as I've looked for it here in the UK with no luck? Wink
*Fingers crossed* they will offer a replacement with no fuss too. Praying

Graham bought this for me (sorry I refuse to call him Bogleg  Hopping Mad ).  I will check with him how he got it (it was definately Barnes and Noble) but when I emailed them to check out shipping (not knowing he already had it) they sent back saying they didn't stock this game!  So I am not sure if it was for a limited time only and you can now only get the 'normal' version.  I have to say even though the tin is crushed on one corner it is a beautiful tin.  I have no idea why it is not sold here; it would fly off the shelves.

I tried everywhere in the UK (Argos, Amazon etc) and none would confirm if their version had the trading cards in it  Sad
