A thread for random FOTR , TT and ROTK box breakdowns I'll start: The mailman knocked early this morning with my TT hobby box, I couldn't resist, and... A TT MERRY!!!!! Not my Leggy, but I am happy I do have 2 Merrys now though so one at least will go on Ebay or trade

Woo hoo wow that is a great pull. TT I think would be one of the best boxes to pull an auto as the TT set is really nice (not as nice as FOTR but 2nd in my view) Well done!

Thanks I pulled it from the 6th pack (Eomer) so I opened all the other Eomer packs and pulled 8 foils with no duplicates (missing 3 and 4). The Legolas and Aragorn foils have a while patch on the top edge But all in all, worth my money So Eomer had all the goodies - I thought the auto and foil cards came in 2 separate types of packs? I still have 20 Frodo and Sam/Saruman packs left to open. But I'm not expecting anything out of the ordinary there! I also noticed that alot of the cards tended to stick to each other - luckily not to the auto I guess my LOTR luck is better than my HP luck!

Ahh you will Ed, and maybe whilst you are saving up the autos will reduce in price, although Legolas shows no sign of doing that (as the OB machine is still on top form)- well actually the FOTR has come down a bit - it was (not so very long ago) about $550 but now the difference in price of FOTR to TT has definitely lessened

Yeah - I was nearly crazy enough to buy a FOTR leggy for $530 once Thank heavens I was outbid and managed to buy one for a bit less. They are still holding up at about $370-400 though. TT ones have gone UP since I bought mine a couple of years back they are now about $200-250. Still - a hard knock for the credit card, eh Roz?

Any news on when you are going to pull that variant Leggy from your TT box, Kate? I would have thought that you'd have received it by now

Well, my box has finally arrived and is awaiting collection from the post office, so hopefully by tonight, given my impatience when it comes to opening packs, I should be able to let you know what auto i get
