Yeah, the BIN is good too, but I can't believe someone got 2 boxes for $18 each. Anyway, I think I'll save for Harry Potter SS instead and keep looking for an Eowyn costume which is really what I want anyway. I lost a really nice varient with stitching today also.  |

I had the same misfortune yesterday :'( A legolas auto finished at $125 with no bids, and I was watching it up till 5 min to go, then my phone rang, and I didnt get a chance to bid...

I know which one you were talking about Kate... I think the reason there were no bids was because of the confusing wording in the description regarding it no longer being for sale... that and the seller had registered less than a week ago. I was talking with someone else about this and we thought that it looked like the pic of the card had been superimposed on top of the screwdown - the angle of the card looked really strange...  Look at what has turned up here though... I think they are the same card, though its hard to tell! Old auction:  New one:  (whats with the weird scanning though?  |

yep, thats the card I was watching. I figured it was worth the risk re the new seller. I spoke to them also, about whether they were relisting, they directed me to the owner of the card, who runs a comic store, but i havent heard back yet... edit: the new seller of the card is the one i was referred to; pity i missed out on it while it was cheap  |

The latest pic is the one in the card lot - its an auction from a comics store, so I think that is what you are looking for. I wonder why the store owner would use a newbie to sell this card when he/she has more credentials as a seller? Did the seller explain why?

Hmph. I was really confused as to why they would have something like 'this is no longer for sale' in the item description but not remove the auction. And I thought that it was too good to be true that no one else had bid on it, so I decided it was not worth the risk. Ah well... better safe than sorry, I guess. Its on a 10 day auction now  - hope you get it this time |

I think that they meant that it was no longer available in stores etc... I was glad no one else was sure cos I was going to get my self a bargain, but I got an important phone call and didnt get time to place my bid-serves me right for waiting for the last moment.
I will have a go this time around, but Im guessing it will go a lot higher and with HP SS coming up I should be saving my $$

To bad you missed that one Blackcat - that was a steal and now with it being relisted with a 10 day auction you can bet it will fetch much more money! :'( I do not have this card either and I would have loved to have been able to pick one up for that price!
