Ha ha, I like it. Although I do think it's awful enough that the forum default user ID 'description' is "I'm a Llama" ... after all it's really only that awful to force you to change it... but calling new members worms *might* be taking it too far

Roz that is a very cool link.  I loved all the pictures of Cambridge!      You have got to rent the DVD Chariots of Fire.  It won Best Picture back in 1981 or 1982 and is all about The British Olypmic Team and the 1924 Olympics in France.  Several of the main characters are from Cambridge and your University is featured many times in the film.  One of the best movies I have ever seen.  They just released the movie on DVD last year so watch it and let me know what you think of what they showed of Cambridge.

I thought you would be interested Ed, especially to see the last couple of photographs, the cemetary is a few miles out of Cambridge though but near enough to Duxford for the occasional celebratory fly past

I've never seen Chariots of Fire Ed, but I will add it to my rental list (do I keep saying that? ) the most fun way to see Cambridge is to hire a punt and make your way up the River Cam from Magdalene Bridge to the weir, the pictures there don't really show how pretty it is, and make the stone look rather dull but it was the only one with a pic of Heffers

Yea those are some nice photos on the site.  The American Cemetery is very well maintained and I am happy to see that as those men gave their all to help end tyranny.  It is a place I will visit when I get over to see you both.

I would put Chariots of Fire to the top of your list if I were you.  It won the Oscar for Best Picture, Best Song, Best Music, and one or two others that I can't recall now.  The theme song "Chariots of Fire" was an international hit and the CD Music from the film is outstanding.  Ian Holm of LOTR's fame has a great role in the movie as a coach.  Now if that does not move you to rent it ASAP I don't know what will!!
