Thanks for the link.  That was a very interesting story and who can tell what may develop.  I would certainly love to see a LOTR's/Hobbit production but with all the legal entanglements going on now between New Line and MGM about movie distribution rights I do not hold out much hope.

On a different note the link also had info that Peter Jackson's newest film King Kong has finished shooting in New Zealand and that they had a huge party to celebrate.  The movie is set to release this December!  So it looks like Peter Jackson will be available very soon for his next film.
Let's hope the studio's get their act together and quit acting like children so Peter can make The Hobbit!

I think a Star Wars story based on a yourng Luke and Leia would be interesting, but if Sci fi picks it up I would be a little leary  Undecided I say this because the article comes from sci fi's official magazine and they would probably be the one's to do it if it happens.

Don't get me wrong I love the sci fi channel and not just because they carry my favorite television series  Wink

My problem is they tend to make the people creating these shows sex things up. I still am trying to get used to the characters on my show walking around in tank tops when they used to wear regular sleeve or long sleeve shirts on Showtime. It's a military show that I am talking about and that's just one of the reasons I think it's weird.
