Black List Press
James Turner, Robert Goforth and Matthew Evans are members of Black List Press, an up-and-coming webcomic collective made up of artists from all across the globe. James Turner does Beaver & Steve, Robert Goforth does Fish Institution and Matthew Evans does Lame Frame.

Much Nice Press
Much Nice Press is Matilda and James who graduated from the illustration course at the University of Brghton together last year where they started making comics. They are currently putting together wonderful ideas for min-comics and internet comics and would like for people to see.

Richard Argent
Cartoon strips & animation with a comical view of the darker side of life, lots of fun with absolutely no deep and meaningful messages.

Phat Catz
Phatcomics are the publishers of Twelve Hour Shift and Grey Sky. Work can be viewed at phatcatz.org.uk

Hangover Farm
The three of us, two Dan's and a Fraser, two boys and a girl, have been scribbling all over Brighton and now we are bringing our muck up to the big smoke. Extraordinary tales from around the world - from as far as the pub to the bus stop. (may contain traces of a slight adult nature)

Willie Hewes
Willie Hewes is the creator of both Goth Boy and Amaranth, comics done in charcoal and cheap ink. Goth Boyis a web comic about the ever-morose Mo, his friends and unspeakable things from beyond the stars. Amaranthis a small press series about a girl, demons and the machinations of destiny.

Reckless Youth
Reckless Youth is a one year old comic online and at least 3 years unseen offline. It's set in Camden and stars a potential messiah accompanied by his bearded midget double. Should have a primer comic for sale on the day and free mints!

Bunny
Bunny is a random comic, packed with nonsequiter humour, references and a family of small multi dimensional bunnies.

Bittersweet Scent
Coming back for a second year with more than before, comics, artwork, illustrations and new releases, Bandit and Karyu, yep those crazy ones, with a second issue of Red Moon and White Whiskers and a new secret comic release exclusive to this event. You can find Bandits site here.

Book Of Lists
Paul Rainey is the cartoonist creator of the diary comic strip, Book Of Lists, which he updates daily. During 2004, he published a sample edition of Book Of Lists, plus Telephone Thing, the story of a young man who learns that his girlfriend works on a telephone sex line. Paul will be making previously unpublished work available on the day.

Scary Go Round
John Allison is a human boy living in the Manchester area, who makes a comic called Scary Go Round. Scary Go Round is a brightly-coloured carnival of shapes, words and pleasing themes that you may enjoy. It has readers on every continent bar Antartica.

Leilani Coughlan
Returning for the second Comix Thing, and with her second experiment in self-publishing, Leilani is hoping that "And Other Random Shorts" issue #1 will be bigger, better, beautiful and other such nice things. Well... thats the plan....

The Bedsit Journal
The Bedsit Journal is a brand new comic whch will be unveiled at Comix Thing 2005. It's by Richard Cowdry (who produced 'Kartoon Cuts') and Peter Lally.
Also exhibiting at the table will be Gavin Burrows ('All Flee!' and 'The Plot Thickens') and Sean Duffield and Yassin of 'Paper Tiger Comix'.

Local Girl
Hello - I am Caroline a web developer & budding cartoonist from London's 'Greater London'. One day the inspiration cowboys rode through my quiet little city and forced me at bayonette point to start drawing comcs etc etc etc. Also at my table pigeongirl.

The Girly Comic

Dark is a four-part miniseries following the journey of insomniac smoker Michael and his friend Helen as they travel from the city of Night to the ruins of Sunset, to find their way back to the world where the sun moves. It is a map of the unconscious, or at least semi-conscious, world of sisters Karen and Anna Rubins. You may find it strangely familiar...

Two Sides Wide
Two Sides Wide is a two person webcomic team with nearly 18 months experience of daily webcomic production. With one of the creators battling A-Levels and the other trying to fit in a degree they rarely have time to relax!!!
Encouraged by a growing fan base we have added a line of merchandise, a dot com address and a more developed cast since Comix Thing 2004. Here's to another 18 months and more!

Weebl - Gamers - List
Weebl and Bob are a cult cartoon animation based around the love of pie.
Little Gamers and Hot Swedish Love are what the world of webcomics were made for, oh they have ninja too.
The webcomic List monitors over 1500 webcomics looking for updates every two hours. Its a must use resource for any webcomic lovers out there.
Aaron "Smurf" Murphy
After abandoning the Confusion web comic project and supplying Brute & Beastly, Aaron "Smurf" Murphy is on a mission to become an odd jobs man in comics. Currently serialising Mono Sense Girl in Starscape and a one shot for Future Quake.

Rant!
Rant! ia a way to develop & explore different ways of drawing & have fun doing it. It also allows me to have the occassional pop at things that bug me. Rant! has been reviewed favourably in the local press and Comics International.

Gosh
The London comic shop, catering to the comical needs of the capital.

A Long Wave Welcome
Using the power of ones mind it is possible to interconnect with alternative earths. Mark and his pals will be exhibiting their work on the astral plain and will have special clay pipes available on the day through which you will be able to see it.

HousD is a daily strip, with now over 500 archived comics. The Genghis Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine with interviews, reviews and comics.

David Baillie
After spending the last couple of months writing for radio and stage David Baillie has yet again turned his attention to comics. He'll be holed up in his studio/cave (until it's time to come out for the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing in March) working on follow ups to his critically acclaimed Awkward Fascination, Scribe and Just Like Greta Garbo.

Dusk
Andrew Richmond, Grant Margetts and Richard Starzecki are 'Dead by Dawn' a three piece comics collective based in Bristol. This collective was set up to publish a Tripartite Anthology 'Dusk' which was launched at the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing in 2004 and has gained critical acclaim over the past year. Dusk 2 is launched at the Thing 2005.

Devilchild
Devilchild tells the story of Troy, a part-time waiter living in North London, who discovers he's the antichrist and that his two sexy flatmates are warrior angels sent to protect him from his devilish dad's evil machinations.

NICE
We are a London-based collective who produce our own mini-comics individually and come together to give you the 'NICE' anthology or something like that.

Kelly Hernandez
I'm a freelance illustrator (unemployed) and fulltime white van man. I'm a keen amateur with regards to comics and prefer to draw foul mouthed humour, odd dreams and short tales heavy with metaphor. Also I like location drawing.

Just One Page 3
Just One Page is a comic magazine compiled of contributions from comics amateurs and professionals alike. Each issue, people are asked to donate one page of comic art or pin-up. All original art is auctioned for a charity - Just 1 Page 2, with a theme of British characters, raised £800 for Trinity Hospice. Just 1 Page 3 will feature Battles or Team-Ups. Unusual combinations of characters are as welcome as classic pairings!

Gary Spencer Millidge
Gary celebrates ten years of his self-published, award-winning, soap opera noir comic book series STRANGEHAVEN in 2005.

Earth Bound
I'm a graduate from Lancaster Uni, although a London (at least close to) girl at heart. I enjoy writing and drawing, as well as less sedate hobbies like fencing and karate:) As for my comic, Earthbound, it continues to improve, slowlybut surely, as do the characters. I have even started making a range of plushie toys!!!! Come see me in 2005!! ZOZx

Vented Spleen
VentedSpleen began his illustrious career in comics in 2002 with Art School Scum - an anonymous, vindictive cartoon posted around art colleges. He continues to draw comics when the effects of his laudanum habit are subtle enough to permit him. An exclusive issue of Art School Scum will be available at the Thing '05.

Eddie "Eddache" Bowley
Eddie Bowley, author of Bollox, Edd Egg & writer of The Brits, will be unveiling his brand new webcomic, Hellhole, exclusively for Thing '05 - 2 months before its internet debut. Check him out.

Mardou
Mardou has created 5 comics on her days off since 1999, and is working on a 6th. Titles include 'Stiro' ,'The Whores of Mensa' and the forthcoming 'Lola Jean Riddle'. Her second solo comic 'Manhole #2' is due out in Spring 2005.

Roger Langridge
Roger Langridge has been drawing comics since 1893 when he published his first mini comic 'Bloody Hell' which was totally incomprehensible, but has gotten pretty good at it now and has a ton of titles under his belt including Fred The Clown, Hotel Fred, Dr Sputnik and Spitoon Funnies.
