I think it would be real cool to own one, but I don't like the restriction that you can't sell it after winning it.

Well it comes with a letter from BAFTA thanking the buyer for purchasing the item. That's a sort of proof of authenticity isn't it?

I'm sure if you were canny enough about how you worded the listing, you'd be able to re-sell this item on eBay. After all, you could use another completely different ebay ID to list it under, or 'claim' it had been donated or perhaps to be sold on behalf of someone else ... I reckon the seller could say there's a letter of authenticity which would be passed along to the highest bidder along with the poster itself, making no mention of who the authenticator actually is ~ there's a whole heap of ways that restriction could be got round. I'm sure it's a very nice item and all that, but I wouldn't want it especially for the amount of money it will eventually sell for!
