This is a big ask and I don't even know if you will be able to access it but you might be able to find someone who can.

  Though I don't go to MIT (...I wish), my school in Virginia participates in a nationwide article loan program.  That is, on request from a student, the library will locate and (try to) obtain any document from any other US university.   If you don't have any other luck, I can get this for you in a few days without any problems. This program is of course free of charge to students, and I could just send you an electronic copy.  I suspect that if you contact MIT directly, they will charge you for the service to obtain the document.  I'll just go ahead and put in a request for the article now.
