When I e-mail Artbox they says "Ask closer to the release date"
But they did say, that Promo #1 and #2 are normal Promo's and Promo #3 and #4 are Incentive Promo's. But didn't say in what way. I think they ment with the binder!

Do you know when Tom will be shipping them out, he told me tues or wed but i dont have a clue when that is cause of the time diff, do you know what date? It will be easier to work out then.

I was told it was being released next Fri...but maybe its changed...not sure about the ship date...but Tues in the US is mostly Wed here...
