There may be other events happening but these are the only two I have come across (plus they are the ones that interest me the most!!) You can meet with your fave stars and get their autos at both the Buffy/angel convention and supanova!!

I am a buffy fan but I dont think I will be spending the money to see these four, granted they are good but arent really the characters that I favour in buffy/angel.

I have an idea in my head about driving up to Sydney for Supanova in October, but it depends on who will be there. The list of guests has only been released for the Brisbane show and I dont know if it will be the same for the Sydney one. If it is, then my idea may be put into action!! I will just wait and see Smiley

If I do go to Sydney for Supanova are their any Yak Shackers that would like to meet up with me?? It would be fun to meet ya'll  Cool hehe Or are there any Yak Shackers in Melbourne that wouldn't mind a road trip to Sydney?? Ok so I havent even made up my mind if im going yet...getting a bit carried away hehe  Wink

erm....its like a 8 hour drive to sydney  Shocked i didnt realise it was that long! With the price of petrol these days I would be better off if I got a flight!! I will have to say no for now but if they have cheap airfare sales in the meantime  Praying  then I will come!!

Undecided So Trey what is the price of gas on your side of the pond? It just hit $3.00 a gallon in Texas and jumping up everyday because of the hurricanes we have been having. Sad

erm I dont know about gallons at all...and what that would equate to here in Australia...it costs about $1.35 a litre here so depending on how many litres your car takes it could cost anything from $40 to $100 to fill up your car. I dont have too big of a tank so it costs about $55 to fill up at the moment.

This is giving me such a headache - I failed math miserably. Embarrassed   So if 1 AUD = 0.761182 USD, how much is that a gallon in USD? Huh  I think it's easier just to stop driving altogether instead of trying to figure this out. Wink

sounds like a plan  Grin from what ive read in the paper, out prices are cheaper compared to many countries, but given we used to pay 60-80c per litre, $1.30 is quite expensive. Thank goodness i have a small car, runs for ages on one tank of petrol...

haha its giving me a headache too...bugger it, i cant work it out.

$1.30ish a litre it pretty cheap compared to other countries i do agree, but we get alot of our petrol subsidised by the government so really it is much more expensive than $1.30 but we only have to pay $1.30..does that make sense?
