2nd in command? PAH! I shall lead the revolution!!

Currently I have a ROTKU binder, with A4 Ultra Pro pockets which I keep about 12 in. But it's full!

Thanks to a lot of members on this forum using up their fan dollars/last mag entitlements from decipher I should have a full set soon 18!

But obviously this is too much for one folder. Should I look out for a TT one (they seem to be going cheap at the moment) or does anyone have a better storeage solution? Smiley

Thanks guys

Roz

That is a good idea you have there Roz for the storage of your LOTR's Fan Club Magazines.  I guess it depends on if you want to look at the mags regularily or just put them away.  Your idea handles the second option.  If you want to look at them I would suggest a magazine holder that you can get from Office Supply stores.  They are usually wire mesh and depending on the size of the magazines can hold up to 24 issues.  That is what I am doing with my 18 issues so far.

I store my magazines in A4 magazine sized clear plastic boxes. Each box holds about 4 magazines & you can see which issues are where as the boxes are clear.

I am on a mission to make my own binder to keep them in - LOTR binders sized & each will hold 9....still trying to work out an acceptable design.

I'll let you Roz how I get on & see what you think of them!

It is odd the way Gimli has sold out first. After a quick flick through the mag I don't think it's particularly better than any other of the mags.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe they printed the same number of each mag at that point, but I do know that the Gimli mag was given away in a promo pack at one San Diego Comic Con event (I bought one of those promo packs Wink)... so they probably lost a lot out of the system there.

Well either that or the other early issues are about to sell out imminently when the fan club sends out the issues.

We'll see

Here's my 2 binders which was designed & I will be using for my LOTR Fan Club magazines. Made them to match the colours of the magazines themselves & they are same size/width as the official Topps binders.
 Hope you like them!

I wonder why Topps didn't produce a Trilogy binder?
They could've done one with chrome-effect covers to match the cards! Wink

Excellent job on those magazine binders btw! Grin

Fantastic. I love the fan club and the chrome binders. You have done a really good job. If you  are making any to order I am seriously interested in buying all 3.
