I noticed from the DVD's that they are the Platinum editions rather than the standard EE ones.
And ... Region 3. I can't remember if that's for the Japan/Asian market or not?
I actually won got a set of those playing cards a few weeks ago and to be honest, I didn't ask where they'd come from!

That's a lovely set and very expensive ~ if you have the spare cash then go for it.
My (wild) guess would be that it might have been released in Japan, as most of the extravagant sets like these seem to be for that particular fan base.
Anyone else have any thoughts or ideas?
Or perhaps *know* exactly where they've been released, retail prices, etc?
