Pretty cool that they have internet access but Dom and bruce today, the other 3 little ones tomorrow! Sorta upset they dont let you take pics but guess they want more money from you to get a nice one! Will post more when I am not hunting for food  |

Funny thing about this is when I left I ran into bruce at the elevator and found out he is staying on the same floor, and got a great pic!
Will have to post them when I hook up the camera

Hi Jas! This is cool - keep popping back with info when you can DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT leave without quizzing JRD about the Trilogy Gimli auto! That would have rocked!  Don't worry about Dom, I think he's a bit spoiled and very fashion concious - it's nice to hear Bruce was so gracious! |

Just talked with Jbenzon, peter tait, Royd and bruce again, ALso Daniel falconer from weta.. said there is still some weta in the works but wont tell me anything! got a pic with him and a nice auto, Saw the new sauron and wow.. if you have seen the morgul lord it is SMALL compared to that I got a free smeagol bust and also in the drawing so we will see what happens. All in all a great show so faI am having a blast and ready for the 3 shorties in a little while! They have a cam online for weta so you can see people and some of the statues.. I think they have everything displayed that they have made so far and it is pretty cool! Spoke with royd and Iget to spend a little time with him later on tomorrow |

Wow Jas, it sounds like you are having a blast! Chucks888 on this forum got 2 Sideshow WETA busts so you have more to live up to now  lol no one bust alone is very generous !! (in my opinion) ... and a quiet word to the wise... I have seen Pippin fight (ROTK EE) and if you call him a "shortie" too many times you might end up skewered on a United Cutlery sword |

Well I just got back from weta and I won a WT bust, also got a orc so make that 3, so there + 2 smeagol busts so I guess you can call it 5. so I am in the lead! billy was great, saen and elijah were funny and didnt want to leave. The auctions for some of these banners are crazy! wont fit in your house but pay 600 bucks for it.. |

Also the new weta piece is Pippin in armor, 125 price and I think a limited of 2,000 pieces. Also not this monday but next monday you should be able to order it..looks cool!

WOW, just gont done with sean, elijah and billy autos, all 3 at once.. no pictures  So I ask iblly, the guy said no, billy said to me, yea they wont let me.. and winked so I got the pics and some cool autos, rushed as ever because right before me they got up and looked at the line about 300 people left in it anyway time to change cant wait to get home to get some pics of all of these up. |

I remember at Collectormania 4, I paid £20 I think to go to a talk by these two - I came away regarding it as far better value than any of the signatures... they chatted and chatted until the Collectormania guys pulled them off the stage (let's blame Ben.. he works for them... let's witchunt Ben when he gets back )
The auctions for some of these banners are crazy! wont fit in your house but pay 600 bucks for it..

Photos pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease Jas!  Roz and I were lamenting the fact of feeling totally left out of ORC, so these piccies and snippets go a little way in satisfying our hunger over all-things-Rings... so to speak!  Sounds like you had a blast ~ but there again, the organisers charged everyone enough for the tickets so I would've hoped the 'stars' were entertaining, or I'd be wanting my money back! |

OOOooooooooooo now there's a thought!! BEN ... "A Man on a Mission" And as for WETA making up for the ticket price ~ I should jolly well think so considering how much they must've made out of fans and collectors worldwide with these pieces! |

I forgot the USB plug for the camera so you have to wait until tomorrow! I just got done with breakfast and listening to Royd, Jarn and jorl talk , also Sandro Kopp and Peter tait! Breatfast was ok.. didnt eat and they actually sat right behind me, so when John came in he asked what was to eat and I said no salted pork he said no solded pork? DAMN THEM! and wanted to leave.. was pretty funny. Then after they ate they went around talking to people and I sat at my table and they never came, so a lady came up to me and asked and I had mentioned they didnt stop here and all that and how I changed my plane home so I can stay and meet JRD and she said oh really? I represent them and I will get you a picture and we will go outside and talk, made sure he knew and got to sit next to him, was a real treat. it was GREAT! I didnt expect anything but a picture but she was very nice.. and JRD hates elves he was going on and on about it he was quite funny. Still have to see him speak and also get his auto, I am in the works of getting to meet him with bruce and royd to try to get a special project done but we will see if that pans out.. lets pray for the bext (roz ) |
