$50 a box of FOTRU sounds ok, most costumes in that set sell for a decent price. TTU, I am a bit doubtful, imagine spending $85 for a Sam costume card
but then again you could get an Arwen requiem
I agree the TT hobby for that price is a bit high if you plan to open it.. imagine pulling a Sam/Eomer/Theoden when you could buy all 3 cards for less than that amount! However, if you plan to keep it sealed adn sell it later, it may be a good investment. Its down to you and how much money you are willing (or able) to spend.
Update series
tend to be of lesser quality and in less demand than the original releases (think FOTRu-only costumes! ROTKU - apart from PJ, pretty disappointing with 10 costumes, apart from Elrond, I guess and the 2 mystery cards - heres hoping for a Legolas and Gimli!). TTU was decent with 3 major signers (Viggo, Sean, Andy). With this being only the first Artbox HP release, you never know. I would hang on until definite confirmation of what the chase cards are just to be on the safe side...
