That there are substantial amounts of money being handed over for a tiny piece of costume/prop and yet most autograph cards (exception Hermione, Sirius, Dumbledore) are going very cheap - BINs of $30-60 for alot of them. Reversal of LOTR I guess where costumes went for relatively cheap (Exception Arwen, Frodo, Aragorn) and autographs prices went crazy. Those people that poo-pooed costume cards are going crazy over a Ron/Harry 100 costume card. Imagine people paying $200 for a TT sam costume if it was limited to 100 And what are you all doing up so late Its 9am here now and I am frantically typing up a presentation due at 11. I hope I can get through it with 2 hours of sleep Wish me luck!

GOOOOD LUCCKKK But I think the difference with this is the "screen worn" aspect! I think many of the autos are currently undervalued... I don't mean Hermione And some props.. people are scrambling so hard for the rare that some are going unnoticed!

Huh, you have no idea how much I wish it was Monday 12am now... then I could get some more sleep. Don't know why you're complaining...

I don't know if you collect sports cards at all, but the big deal in football (sorry american fb) baseball, basketball & Hockey are cards that have a jersey swatch along with an autograph from the player.
Just like HP - the lower the numbering the more the card commands. Multiple color swatches = more $
I have an extensive collection of sports cards, but have found the HP & LOTR cards fascinating so I have been concentrating on those.

Oh, by the way any guesses what a Harry Potter Robe card of /100 that also had an auto on the card would go for?

Easily... do you reckon we are going to get a spate of tricksey ebayers finding a copy of Dan's sig, scrawling them on the costume cards and sell them off as such? I remember a couple of these with the Topps LOTR set... I guess it would be a bit more difficult as access to the HP actors especially the famous trio of DR, EW and RG would be more restricted and a flood of 'autographs' would seem dodgy. But who knows?

But do you reckon it'd be different with a limited edition /100 or maybe even /750 and Daniel Radcliffe auto? With TT Sam costumes, you would have to PAY someone to buy it from you... and also sean signed 3 series already and Daniel none as of yet...

True, having numbered cards is a good way of making sure you get what is pictured. Imagine this though:
Me: HI Dan, could you please sign this card? DR: Sure, do you have a pen? Me: here you go... thanks. Now can I have a photo with you and the card? DR: No problem Me: Now, can you hold the card up to the camera, no - a bit closer, higher, tilt it to the left, errr... slightly lower, hang on , pull it back again. Perfect. DR: *looks at me crazily* OK Me: *takes photo* darn the number didn't come up! We'll have to try that again. Dan? Dan? Where'd he go???
