Has the relatively low prices on these cards encouraged you to collect lots or have you decided to just get one or two favourites? Has the huge number of inserts in this set put you off collecting it totally?

Well from my point of view, I am still trying to collect everything Wink it might take me a while to get there but the cards are great to look at, not as rare as they should have been, but it's a cool set!

As I am not a completest, I am not aiming for the full set of cards.  My collection consists of the cards pulled from the four boxes that I opened, foils that I have traded for, and hopefully at some point the few prop cards (ie Map, Prophet, and Wanted poster) which mean something to me.  The third book was always my favourite, and I want those cards which I most strongly associate with the story.

One down, two to go....

I've been having a fun time with this set!  The low prices are great.  I was much more put off by the first set, since it was impossible for me to get more than a handful of inserts.  I do not miss the print runs of less than 100!  Sure, it would have been fun to pull one, but to buy it on the secondary market is another story.

I won't be putting together a master set, since I'm not all that fond of the autos, but I am working on mini-masters of the costumes, props, creatures, and filmcards.  (For me, mini-masters include only pack-pulled cards, and not the case incentives.)  I still need a little more than half of the costumes.  I have one card left for the props (divination /930), one for the creatures (Buckbeak's feather)  and two for the filmcards (Harry in the courtyard and Harry with Snape).  They're all attainable and I'll be looking for them after I open the two boxes my kids are giving me for Christmas.

Well for me I just would like one of each sort of card. Because there is no way that i could get a master set. ( the kids spend all my money ) lmao

But i have noticed on ebay that cards are selling below 9.99 US so i have brought extras and plan to swap them or sell them later to get the cards that i want .
All i need now is a cheap grim and i have one of all the cards  (not including case toppers )

Hope everyone has a safe and happy xmas

I have a bit of a collection now. I have the cards that I pulled from my boxes (dawn french auto, some costumes, and a filmcard) and I have picked up from ebay a buckbeak feather, grimm fur, and divination book prop.....

I am just looking for bargains at the moment but I am pretty happy with the cards I have so far. I wont try and complete a set but there are a few more cards that I would really really like to get so I am keeping a watch on those!!
