Well yesterday at Memo I picked up a new auto... yes I had it before but this one says Percy on it Wink

I chatted to him for a bit and he told me that he signed around 400 cards for inclusion in the set and that he did them on holiday by a pool just in case anyone is interested Wink he doesn't have red hair - have a look (he's the one on the right, on the left it's Jamie Yeates (the Slytherin player -Bletchey)

Doesn't look very 'Flint-like' does he?

Nice card John... I think you'd have difficulty finding the non-variants in your collection now Wink

well, I will keep an eye out for you!!!

I remember you asking me if the badge itself was an actual patch with a different texture or not, and I remember telling you how much nicer they are in person.  Now you know!

Oh my life!! Shocked Shocked Shocked
I've NEVER seen an Unfogging variant like that one before Anna - I wonder where it's taken from?
That one is amazing, it really is - where on earth did you find it? Shocked

The Divination card is very prettily sewn inside the swatch, but of the two the Unfogging card really has taken my breath away!! Shocked Grin

I was just amazed that I got a variant Unfogging card that you haven't bid on Jules. Wink  These variants are listed in an eBay store.  The seller will only ship to the US though and she has to be paid by money order or BidPay.  She's accepting Best Offers on her cards and these are the ones she has left:

I actually burst out laughing when I read down the description you gave Anna, because I knew exactly which ebay store you were talking about before I clicked on the link! ROFL!
I looked on there a couple of weeks ago but obviously the ones you bought weren't there then.
The one you received Jackie I do recall seeing and it's a beautiful variant - WELL DONE!! Grin Grin Grin

I looked on there earlier on today and wept in frustration at the selection of some of the rarest variants she's got for sale which are out of my range. I contacted her about another card she had a while back but have unfortuantely deleted her reply, but I thought she told me she would ship abroad - maybe she's decided against it because of the high cost of sending this selecton of cards out of the US?
It's academic me even looking on there ..... she has a beautiful SS Wizard Candy which is gorgeous ... but it's pointless hanging my nose over it, so ... Undecided

Beautiful cards ALL of them - CONGRATULATIONS!! Grin Grin

Yes I think she will ship abroad, you just have to check first.  It also says she will accept Paypal on a limited basis, again just check first.  But like Jules I can't see me bidding on these any time soon - I only managed two numbers on the Euro lottery  Sad  Darn that £40 million was just 5 numbers away  ROFL!
