um, yeah. You really never know what strange items will show up on ebay. That seems awfully expensive for a sandwhich to me...and you'd have to win a lot of money just to break even. <shakes head>

What I'd like to know is ... how come this 'miracle sandwich' isn't covered with mould and slime after 10 years? Revolting to think of really

The other thing is you can't see who is bidding on it - very dodgy! I'll be interested to see if this auction will go the course or be ended early ... hopefully end early! All I can think is that people have nothing better to do Ed

Again I agree. The Seller says he made the auction private as not only he but bidders were receiving very nasty emails so he did it to protect the bidders!

I just want to see what happens when the (most likely) spoof bidder winns with their $99 million dollar bid

You have to admit the fact that it doesn't have any mold is a "miracle". However it is pretty stupid to mention you have won $70,000 at the Casino, note to IRS I have won $70K at the casino and did not claim any winnings on my past 10 yrs of tax returns So basically he owes the IRS in the neighborhood of $15K in taxes.

The thing is, how can they prove that they did not just grill it yesterday?

Can you believe we are spending this much energy on this topic! You sure hit that one on the head Beckham! Sick'em IRS!! The winning bidder should have the opportunity to submit the cheese sandwich to say CSI for verification and then they can make a TV episode out of it!
