Howdy,
Q1 Does anyone know when the update tins will be available? Q2 And what kind of price they will be asking? Q3 Q2 leads me directly to how do you get them in the first place without going through a couple of middlemen?
If this subject has been covered somewhere else then please point me to it. :-) or should that be 8>

They are available in cases of 12 from potomac.com
I think they are about $130... not sure - not cheap!
In the UK they are (surprisingly) the same price!

Lurtz and Roz thanks for answering.
Lurtz I don't think I have anything to trade with. :-/
Roz I couldn't afford to buy that many, I only want the three of them.

Well I appreciate that Chris (Gimli on the forum) has some for sale in the UK I believe but you would be best sourcing from the USA... probably! Anyone on here in the USA got spares?

gimli,
Hello Roz said you might have some tins for sale? If you do I would be interested in how much you are asking.

Has anyone heard yet where the Tins containing the T1 (Knight Bus) and T5 (Dementors) cards will be available. I just bought Tins 2, 3, and 4 and now want the other 2.

I know that the tins have like 4 retail packs, and one exclusive card that can't be found anywhere else. I was just curious if anyone has a scan of what the exclusive cards look like, or at least provide a description???

Check out the links to the ebay auctions in the post above yours. There are pics of all 5.

Does anyone know if any retail stores are carrying these?

I have found Tins 2, 3, and 4 at Target and Shopko for $9.99. Do you have these in your area? They might be regional stores.
Tins 1 and 5 are still a mystery (at least to me).

I hear from "Mr Artbox" Mike that tins 1 and 5 are supposed to be retail (wouldn't you think they'd be common then???) and tins 2-4 were Hobby! All I can think of is that stores have shyed away from buying the Retail in response to the poor performance of the Hobby but to be honest I wouldn't expect Wall Mart etc to be that "tuned in"

That can't be right. I just got tins 2-4 yesterday and they are retail packs inside.

I forgot to add that a local hobby shop (dealing mainly in sports cards, CCG, and comics with a little non-sports thrown in) also had Tins 2,3, & 4. So retail chains AND hobby stores are getting the same tins? The plot thickens. Mark

Sorry I didn't mean they had hobby packs in but that they were aimed at the hobby market.
