Promo Sets

I'm having trouble locating the info, so could someone list the promo sets and where / how they were available please.

Also, I was under the impression that there was a set available for 5 case purchases, but this is being denied by my supplier. If so, can someone point me in the direction of some Artbox lterature that states this.

FOR EVERY 5 CASES OF WAX ORDERED THE DIST. GOT 2 GOLD PROMO SETS. SOME DIST OR DEALERS GIVE THEM WITH THERE CASES OTHERS DO NOT IT IS UP TO THAT PERSON. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE USED AS A SELLING TOOL.EVERY BINDER CASE HAD A GREEN FOIL SET.FOR EVERY 3 CASES OF BINDERS YOU GOT A BLUE FOIL SET.AND FOR EVERY 5 CASES OF BINDERS YOU GOT A RED FOIL SET  TOM

Is there any documentation from Artbox saying this as my supplier, Potomac, are saying the promo multi-case incentive promo sets are only for 10 & 25 case orders.....not 5 !

I received the 5 case Gold Promo set on the original HP product earlier in the year, so I don't think Potomac are being funny I just think they may not be aware of it yet.

POTOMAC IS A GREAT DIST AND MAYBE HE DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THESE AS TO BE HONEST I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THEM TILL I HAD GOTTEN THEM (I MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN OR NOT READ ANYTHING ON THIS) TOM

Last year Potomac didn't know much of anything about what came with the cases.  I ordered five from them and they ended up sending me the gold promo sets a couple weeks later when they received them.  I am sure once they get them they will send you what you have coming to you.  They are pretty good about it.
