Here's a small list of companies that are still offering preorders.  Prices are per box unless otherwise noted:

Georgetown Card Exchange
$69.95 per box, $64.95 for 3 or more boxes, $624.95 per case
http://www.gcxonline.com/index_ns.htm

UK Trading Cards
GBP 49.90
http://www.uktradingcards.com
send preorder requests to:  preorders@uktradingcards.com

Time Trek Collectibles
$67.99
http://www.timetrekcollectibles.com/item.php/CatID=628/ItemID=2073

Galaxy's Edge Cards and Collectibles
$64.00
http://home.earthlink.net/~starwarcltr/new.html

Tfaw
$98.55 (and this is with a 10 percent discount for preordering!)
http://www.tfaw.com

Digital Heroes
$65
http://www.digitalheroes.com

Please note that I'm not recommending any site, since I've never had a completed transaction with any of them.  I've exchanged emails with both Georgetown and Digital Heroes, and they've both been responsive and very nice.

The Time Trek site is reporting that Artbox is close to a sell out, although I think we all know that.

I think I got the last boxes at potomac. I placed my order for a case, and then the next day i was thinking of buying another one, and they were no longer available. I guess I placed my order right in time.

I'd be interested to know how much potomac had. I believe they had some considerably sized orders. I hope they only took orders for what they have rather than taking twice as many orders and giving everyone half what they ordered - that's the way to get angry customers in my humble opinion!

Thanks KB Mum that's a really helpful list!

I personally think this is going to be a great set and I am getting excited about it already but I have to admit that any product completely sold out at many retail outlets and certainly from the supplier (Artbox have been out for a while now) is going to be  big success!

I am not sure what will happen to box prices this time though; I can see a lot more being held back unopened than last time based on the fact that a box costs on ebay (on average) twice the value of it's contents.

So lots will remain unopened for a time I think. But in that case maybe the price of the inserts will be a little higher as less have been opened?

What's everyone's opinion? Do you plan to keep any of your boxes sealed? I think I'll keep 2 Wink and I am getting a LOT of boxes this time.
