Did anyone here win this card or know who won it?  I'd like to find out if this is a variant and see a better scan.

Looking at the picture, I would say it is a variant - the bi-focal version  ROFL!

I pulled my World of Harry Potter One Ci1 Sirius cards.  I have one that is all light material, all dark material, and a half and half varient.  I have to agree it is a horrible picture of the card.  From what I can see with my cards, I would doubt that kind of stripped varient would exist.  I have seen a strip varient in the Kakaroff cards in the same series though, but again it appears in the light fabric.
