I was shocked to just hear that Heath Ledger was found dead in his New York apt.  Sad new about a good young actor.  The previews from the new Batman movie coming out this summer look like he plays an amazing joker.

Yea I have been in shock too...it is the talk of the town, everywhere you go, someone is talking about it. Everyone seems to be so sad about it. Poor Heath, he was such a great actor and seemed like a nice down-to-earth guy.  :'(

Absolutely shocking and so terribly tragic.  :'( He was such an amazing talent.

I feel so sorry for his family, Michelle, and little girl.  :'(

Still cannot believe he is gone.

I don't think I've ever seen him in anything, but I will most certainly be watching the Batman movie.

Do you think they'll reshoot it now or they'll just leave it 'in his memory'? I thought they were releasing it this summer so time must be getting tight.

Do you really think it's the Joker role that pushed him over the edge?

The movie is finished, so from what Ive heard it will be left as is....however, the movie he was currently working on is up in the air...they are talking about completing it digitally....

There is also talk now that his death might have been natural...but who knows.....

Ned Kelly, with Orlando Bloom (obviously I had to see that Wink). Also a couple of Oz films - Candy and Two Hands.

Wow - there's a trailer out for the Dark Knight (which, of course, is what Heath L was making when this all occurred).

Naturally it looks brilliant, but wow HL is creepy beyond belief. No wonder he gave himself nightmares & shocked himself to the very core. On one of the hottest days of the year here so far I got shivers!
